Currently, we have a IT Systems Administrator opportunity with a financial organization that values teamwork, exceptional service, professional development, and giving back to the community

The  IT Systems Administrator is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:

• Administer and maintain the organization's network, server, cloud, and core systems infrastructure , ensuring reliability, security, availability, and performance.
• Manage user accounts, system access, hardware/software installations, workstations, peripherals, network equipment, and system upgrades throughout their lifecycle.
• Monitor systems and networks for performance and security issues, proactively identifying and resolving vulnerabilities, outages, and other technical problems.
• Manage critical cybersecurity and data protection functions , including intrusion detection/prevention, antivirus, anti-malware, content filtering, software updates, backups, and data recovery.
• Design, maintain, and optimize cloud and virtual environments , ensuring solutions meet organizational requirements for scalability, security, compliance, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Lead and support IT infrastructure and cloud projects , coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders, resolve escalated Help Desk issues, maintain technical documentation, and communicate technology risks and solutions to senior leadership.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or IT certification in related field.
• 5 years of experience as a system administrator or technical support (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and advanced analytical skills.
• Advanced to expert knowledge of Microsoft 365.

Pay Rate Range: $34.00 - $42.00 an hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
