Assessing, planning, and implementing resident care plans. Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders. Monitoring and documenting resident conditions accurately and timely. Supervising and supporting LPNs and CNAs in daily care delivery. Communicating changes in condition to the interdisciplinary care team. Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
