Sales Engineer

Overview Job Title: Sales Representative / Sales Engineer Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Southern California - OMTC) Job Type: Direct Hire Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 This role is to support the growth of third-party business by identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and executing targeted sales campaigns. The position also serves as a key link between sales and technical teams, ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood and effectively addressed throughout the sales cycle. Responsibilities Develop tender and proposal strategies aligned with business objectives Conduct headquarters reviews of key tender and proposal components Determine disposition of tenders and proposals Review and respond to tender and proposal clarifications Develop opportunity assessments and engagement plans Identify and capture new leads Qualify leads and convert them into viable opportunities Plan cross-sell and upsell strategies Prioritize opportunities for engagement and pursuit Prepare and negotiate sales quotes Determine sales quote disposition and next steps Prepare contract amendments, suspensions, early terminations, and renewals Investigate and validate events related to sales or customer activity Collect and analyze market activity intelligence Gather and interpret unit-level intelligence to support business decisions Qualifications Proven experience in sales, sales engineering, or a related field Strong ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to collaborate effectively with both sales and technical teams Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Must be a U.S. Citizen due to ITAR requirements Why Join Us This is an opportunity to play a key role in expanding third-party business while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
