Position SummaryThe Sales Engineer / Manager will serve as a critical bridge between our technical manufacturing capabilities and our clients' needs. This role requires a unique combination of technical expertise in electronic circuits, PCB board design and manufacturing, and prepreg materials, coupled with strong sales acumen and relationship management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, providing technical consultation, and driving revenue growth while maintaining our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets in the electronic circuits manufacturing sector
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, trade shows, and cold calling
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with qualified leads and opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and technical proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers while maintaining profitability margins
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting specific market segments
- Provide expert technical guidance to clients regarding PCB board specifications, circuit design requirements, and material selection including prepreg options
