Ideal candidates have experience in one or more of the following areas: Business litigation Complex commercial litigation Real estate litigation General civil litigation Condemnation Trusts and estates litigation Responsibilities Independently manage multiple active matters, handle all aspects of litigation strategy, draft sophisticated motions and pleadings, oversee discovery, take and defend depositions, prepare for hearings and trial, and provide practical day‑to‑day legal counseling to clients.
