Hourly: $16–$20/hour based on experience, plus performance bonuses and tips Schedule Location Fort Worth, TX Team Growing Salon About the Role As the Salon Coordinator at Honey Bel Hair, you are the first and last impression every client has of our salon. You set the tone. Your warmth, organization, and attention to detail make every client feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave. Behind the scenes, you are the engine that keeps the salon running — managing the Booksy booking calendar, coordinating stylist schedules, processing payments, and ensuring the front-of-house is always clean, stocked, and inviting. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves people, and takes pride in creating a seamless client experience. What You'll Do Manage the Booksy booking calendar: schedule appointments, handle reschedules and cancellations, and optimize stylist columns to minimize gaps Respond to client inquiries via phone, text, email, and social media DMs in a timely, professional, and friendly manner Greet every client upon arrival, check them in, and manage the waiting experience to minimize perceived wait times Process payments, deposits, and tips accurately using our point-of-sale system Maintain front-of-house cleanliness: reception area, waiting area, restroom checks, and beverage station Stock and organize front-of-house supplies: products, retail displays, client amenities, and cleaning supplies Coordinate stylist schedules, breaks, and client flow to keep the salon running efficiently Handle client feedback, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating to management when needed Manage retail product inventory, restocking, and display merchandising Support social media content creation by capturing before/after photos and salon moments What We're Looking For 2+ years of customer service, front desk, or salon coordination experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Friendly, warm, and professional demeanor — both in-person and on the phone Comfortable with booking software (Booksy experience is a strong plus) and point-of-sale systems Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain composure during busy periods Basic social media literacy (Instagram, Facebook) for client communication and content support Nice to Have Prior experience in a salon, spa, or beauty industry front desk Booksy or similar salon management software experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus Experience with retail product sales and merchandising Social media content creation skills (photos, basic video, captions) Schedule & Compensation Schedule Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Full-time: 5 days per week with one rotating day off. Must be available Saturdays. Compensation Hourly: $16–$20/hour based on experience, plus performance bonuses and tips.
