If you’re looking for a fun-filled, hands-on career with opportunities to grow, your job is waiting for you at Fry Communications, Inc.! ✅ Starting Pay: $19.00/Hour ✅ Company-Paid Benefits ✅ Work Half the Year with Our Unique Set Shift Schedule ✅ Paid On-the-Job Training Through Our BROTC Program ✅ Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities / Duties Review the production schedule with the supervisor/scheduler and carefully read job specifications to ensure all materials are ready for production Verify that all forms to be bound are present or ordered and ensure the entire crew is aligned on the job requirements Set up jobs quickly and efficiently to maximize production speed while maintaining the highest quality standards Perform quality control inspections and verify that machine monitors are operating properly Order set-ups in a timely manner to minimize downtime and production delays Ensure all safety screens/guards are in place and that crew members are using required protective equipment Confirm finished products meet all job specifications and customer requirements Verify distribution requirements at job completion and maintain accurate production records in the AS400 system Prepare shortage reports when needed and ensure production documentation is completed accurately Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform routine maintenance on binders and gatherers Lead and coordinate crew efforts to improve teamwork, efficiency, quality, and productivity Communicate production issues to supervision and assist with training and development of crew members as needed Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned by supervision Skills Needed Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production machinery Ability to clean, maintain, and care for assigned equipment and work areas Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and safety standards Join Fry Communications and build a career where your hard work pays off, with competitive pay, outstanding benefits, paid training, and a schedule designed to give you more time off! \nCompany Description Fry Communications, Inc. is a family-owned catalog and publication printing specialist.
