You will monitor and operate equipment, lead troubleshooting and make adjustments to provide optimal equipment performance. Operators ensure the lines are continuously supplied with materials and producing efficiently the output of their area. This position will be responsible actively participating in the continuous improvement of safety, quality and performance of the area.Safely operator, monitor, and problem solve in designated production areaMaintain sanitation of operational area and equipment to high standards and address issues as identifiedMaintain accurate inventory of supplies through proper storage routines and data entryPerform Standard Routines to include routine cleaning and equipment inspections to identify defects to complete or coordinate repairsSafely and efficiently perform routines to change product in production area, startup product, and monitor performance throughout runEnsure that products meet all quality standards by monitoring production parameters, sampling/testing and responding accordinglyThe pay progression plan is as follows:Production Operator E: $24.93Production Operator D: $27.28Production Operator C: $30.81Production Operator B: $35.53RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required1+ years of experience in a fast-paced and performance measured environmentThe approximate hourly pay for this position is $24.09. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
