Job Opportunity: PRN Registered Respiratory Therapist
Our organization is looking for a PRN Registered Respiratory Therapist to deliver exceptional respiratory care to patients in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and emergency departments.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough respiratory assessments.
- Administer appropriate therapies and treatments.
- Manage and operate ventilators effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to therapies.
- Document all aspects of patient care accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to create and modify treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families about respiratory conditions and the use of related equipment.
- Uphold clinical quality, safety, and infection control standards in a patient-focused environment.
- Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license.
- Experience in various respiratory care settings is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires flexibility to work in different settings, including emergency situations, and may involve varying shifts.
