We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, customer service oriented Service Advisor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Our service advisors are the first communication the customer has with the business and provides the initial customer impression. Additionally, you will act as the liaison between the customer and the technicians ensuring the customers needs and expectations are met. Estimating repairs and ordering parts accurately are essential responsibilities of this position.Job ResponsibilitiesAdvising current and potential customers about their service needsAnswering phonesProviding superior and prompt customer servicePreparing necessary sales and service documentationHelping to maintain cleanliness and organization on the sales floor and customer waiting areaJob QualificationsStrong, interpersonal, communication and phone skillsBasic computer knowledge and experiencePrior tire and auto experience is a plusWill train the details of this positionValid driver's licenseASE certification is a plusPrior experience with AllData is helpful
