Operations Manager

Operations Manager – Inventory Operations We're partnering with a growing manufacturing company to find an Operations Manager to help lead inventory operations within a brand-new distribution center. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for building inventory processes from the ground up while overseeing inventory control, material flow, cycle counting, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and warehouse operations through a team of supervisors and leads. What you\'ll be doing: Lead and develop supervisors and warehouse teams Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process improvements Oversee inbound material flow, replenishment, and inventory transactions within a WMS/ERP environment Establish KPIs and improve operational performance in a startup distribution environment Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Planning, Customer Service, HR, and leadership Foster a culture centered on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement We\'re looking for someone with: 5+ years of leadership experience in distribution or manufacturing Strong inventory management and inventory control experience Experience with WMS (Blue Yonder experience is a plus) The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Curran Recruiting
