About This Role As an RN supporting the Vascular department at Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital, you will assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional patient care in various ambulatory settings. This role involves direct interaction with patients, families, and visitors to enhance their healthcare experience. Highlights Location: Weston, FL Facility: Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Perform telephone triage. Notify physicians/LIPs of abnormal findings. Establish a care plan in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare team. Collaborate with care coordinators to ensure smooth transitions of care. Assist with specialized diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physician/LIP and monitor patients for response. Participate in quality initiatives, process improvements, and research activities to improve patient outcomes. Maintain professional growth and development in the nursing field and identify annual core competencies. Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN program) Experience One year of recent experience as an RN OR LPN, Medical Assistant, or other unlicensed clinical healthcare experience if currently a Cleveland Clinic caregiver in an ambulatory setting transferring into an RN role Licenses & Certifications Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through AHA Certification within six months of hire About Cleveland Clinic Cleveland Clinic is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
