About This Role As an RN on the Wound Care team at Cleveland Clinic’s Martin North Hospital, you will assist with wound care dressings, wound vacs, and provide education to patients and families. This role is ideal for those dedicated to healing chronic wounds and optimizing patient outcomes. Highlights Location: Stuart, FL Facility: Martin North Hospital Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Assist with wound care dressings, wound vacs, and compression wraps. Provide education to patients and families to optimize treatment. Perform telephone triage. Notify physicians/LIPs of abnormal findings. Establish a care plan in collaboration with the patient, family, and health care team. Collaborate with care coordinators for effective transitions of care. Assist with specialized diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physician/LIP and monitor patients for response. Participate in quality initiatives, process improvements, and research activities. Maintain professional growth and development in nursing. Requirements Education: Graduate of accredited school of nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program) required. Experience: One year of recent experience as a Registered Nurse required. Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross required.
