Inside Sales Specialist

Our client, a well-respected HVAC product company in Long Island NY, is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to support industry-leading plumbing and HVAC manufacturers by providing technical assistance, product selection, system sizing, pricing, and availability. This position offers a strong career path within technical sales, engineering support, and account management. Job Function Responsibilities: Provide daily technical support to engineers, contractors, and distributors via phone and email. Assist with system design, product selection, and equipment sizing Prepare quotes, pricing, and availability information. Conduct product presentations and training sessions via webcast. Manage and grow a portfolio of customer relationships. Coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams. Maintain professional communication and customer service standards Other duties as assigned. Job Requirement Qualifications: 3+ years experience in the HVAC manufacturing space. Extensive knowledge of HVAC products and materials. Prior experience working in a sales or customer support role for contractors.
