Lyntris moves faster than the traditional defense cycle — with integrated design, build and test capabilities in-house — and delivers systems that sustain and endure long after initial fielding.The Integrated Master Scheduler is responsible for the development, maintenance, integration and analysis of the program-level master schedule and additional schedules requested by the Program Manager. This position requires a deep understanding of scheduling principles and best practices as well as experience in briefing scheduling reports to different levels of leadership. The Integrated Master Scheduler will work closely with project managers, business analysts, other Navy commands and both internal and external stakeholders to the Navy to ensure that all projects are properly planned and executed in accordance with schedule.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, integrate and analyze large dynamic schedules in MS ProjectInterface with stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with program objectivesValidate schedule logic and refine scheduling needsMonitor schedule performance and identify risks and opportunities for improvementRun and validate what-if scenarios for scheduling efficiencySupport the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager in achieving program objectivesPrepare scheduling briefs to be presented to different levels of leadershipActive Secret ClearanceRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field3-5 years of experience in project scheduling or a related fieldProficiency with Microsoft Project Online or a similar scheduling softwareExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient with KIDASA Milestones ProfessionalProficient with Detlek AcumenPreferred QualificationsProficient in MS Office ApplicationsExperience with construction schedulesExperience with the interpretation of Earned Value data to provide oral and written communications to all levels of stakeholdersExperience with NAVWAR and PEO C4IPMP certifiedEarned Value Professional (EVP) certifiedPlanning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) certifiedClearance RequirementsSome positions will require access to U.S. National Security information.
