Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current CCC certification for SLPs, or eligibility for SLPAs
• Active state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Previous experience in a K-12 educational setting is preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt to multiple school sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Complete evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress reports as required
• Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams
• Consult with teachers, families, and staff to support student success in the classroom
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
