Overview Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, located in Boston’s Back Bay, is searching for a Housekeeping Turndown Attendant to join our world‑class Housekeeping team. The role involves creating a comfortable evening environment in guest rooms and preparing rooms for arriving guests while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service. Responsibilities Provide a comfortable evening environment in guest rooms by cleaning and refreshing rooms early evening and preparing them for guests to sleep. Clean a set number of occupied rooms per shift, removing used towels, wiping down wet services in bathrooms, and folding clothing. Remove room‑service trays, dishes, and carts from service landings. Close drapes, reduce lighting, turn music softly on, and prepare beds. Restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pens. Prepare unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests. Perform full room attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check‑out rooms when needed. Work weekends, nights, and holidays as required. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Knowledge of housekeeping operations and good communication skills. Physical ability to lift, walk, bend, and move objects up to 50lbs. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and flexible schedule. Read, write, and speak English proficiently. Visa Requirements Visa sponsorship is not available.
