Community Marketing Liaison About the Role SYNERGY HomeCare of Hurst is seeking a motivated Community Marketing Liaison to build relationships and increase awareness of our non-medical home care services throughout the community. This is a relationship-focused position for someone who enjoys meeting people, connecting with community organizations, and working independently. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, dependable, and comfortable managing their day with minimal supervision. Our mission is to help seniors and adults remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. Schedule Monday: Office-based planning, meetings, follow-up, reporting, and team collaboration. Tuesday–Friday: Community outreach, relationship building, and visits with healthcare and senior care organizations. Local travel is required. A valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and automobile insurance are required. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, assisted living and memory care communities, physician offices, home health and hospice agencies, and other community partners. Conduct regular in-person community visits and outreach. Introduce organizations and professionals to SYNERGY HomeCare and our services. Attend community events, networking opportunities, and meetings. Follow up with community partners and maintain strong professional relationships. Track activities and contacts in the company CRM. Communicate regularly with the office and leadership team. What Success Looks Like The successful candidate: Takes initiative and works well independently. Builds genuine, professional relationships. Maintains consistent community outreach throughout the week. Follows through on commitments and communication. Stays organized and keeps accurate records. Meets established activity and referral goals. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, dependable, and organized. Comfortable meeting and speaking with new people. Able to manage a schedule independently. Healthcare, home care, senior living, marketing, or community outreach experience is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance.
