Customer Account Manager

Bastionpoint Technology is a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) serving businesses throughout the Richmond area. Were looking for a Customer Account Manager who enjoys building relationships, understanding customer needs, solving problems, and making sure clients feel supported.

Youll become a trusted partner to your clients while working closely with our technical team to ensure their needs are handled from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Learn each clients business, technology environment, and needs
• Coordinate with the technical team and follow up on open items
• Communicate with customers about projects, service requests, and ongoing needs
• Participate in customer meetings and account reviews
• Manage expectations and resolve concerns professionally
• Track account activity and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in account management, customer success, client services, relationship management, or a similar customer-facing role
• Experience working with business customers or clients
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
• Comfortable discussing technology and business needs
• Professional, confident, and personable communication style
• Willingness to learn and grow within an MSP environment

MSP or IT experience is a plus, but not required. You dont need to be highly technicalyou do need to be comfortable learning technology and communicating with both customers and technical professionals.
