How you'll contribute An Ultrasound Technologist who excels in this role: Provides quality ultrasound studies including abdominal, OB, vascular, neonatal, pelvic, breast, and small parts exams for interpretation by the radiologist in the diagnosis of patient illness Maintains appropriate files, supplies, and equipment. Performs sonographic examinations and procedures as requested by the referring physician. Acts as a consultant and educational resource for physicians and staff regarding appropriateness and accuracy of scans. What we're looking for Applicants should be a graduate of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program or school of Radiology required. Additional Requirements Include Graduate of an accredited DMS program or ARRT/DMS certification BLS within 30 days of hire.
