Job Description

Now hiring Material Handlers and Assemblers! Responsibilities include assembling products, moving materials, stocking production lines, following work instructions, and performing quality checks. No experience required - training provided. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Full-time positions with overtime available and opportunities for long-term employment.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed verbal or written instructions.
• Perform basic, standardized, and repetitive mechanical assembly operations.
• Manually assemble inserted components using visual aids, verifying specifications.
• Inspect parts to ensure correct assembly.
• Utilize scanners and hand tools for assembly tasks.
• Accurately report assembly work.
• Work under direct supervision of the Manufacturing Supervisor or Line Manager.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations.
• Comply with all procedures within the company security policy.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency with assembly tasks.
• Proficiency with material handling tasks.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Florence, KY.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
