- Assist with foam molding and assembly processes.
- Prepare molds by trimming, tucking, and lining them with film.
- Remove finished products from molds and organize parts for additional processing.
- Inspect products for quality and identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain clean molds and an organized work area.
- Record daily production data, test results, and quality issues.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and 6S organization standards.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Electrical or mechanical experience required.
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or hands-on technical experience is a plus.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance, good communication, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds as needed.
- Three-day weekends! Enjoy Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off.
- Consistent Monday-Thursday schedule.
