If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoy working closely with patients, we’d love to meet you.Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:45 am - 5 pm and Friday 7:45 am - 2 pmResponsibilities:Create a welcoming and positive experience for patients by helping them feel comfortable and informed throughout their dental visitAssist the General Dentist during a variety of dental procedures, including restorative treatment, crown and bridge work, fillings, extractions, root canals, hygiene support, and other general dental treatmentsPrepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials to ensure appointments run efficiently and on scheduleTake diagnostic records, including digital x-rays, intraoral photos, scans, and impressions as neededEducate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and preventive dental health to support positive outcomesMonitor patient flow and work closely with the clinical team to maintain an efficient schedule and minimize wait timesMaintain accurate clinical documentation and update patient records as neededFollow all infection control, sterilization, OSHA, and HIPAA protocols to ensure a safe clinical environmentMaintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment areaCollaborate closely with the dental team to support exceptional patient care and day-to-day office operationsPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by managementThis is an opportunity to join a well-established, team-oriented dental practice where your role is essential to delivering exceptional patient care and supporting a positive office culture.Full-time Benefits:We recognize that taking care of our team is just as important as taking care of our patients.
