Job Responsibilities Access customer and utility portals to download invoices and bills Perform data capture, invoice verification, and data correction tasks Identify missing or incomplete bills and follow up with utility providers Communicate with vendors and utility companies to resolve billing issues Run reports to track pending or missing invoices Ensure invoices are collected, processed, and updated on time Maintain accurate records within internal data management platforms Support utility outreach and follow-up activities Work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines Collaborate with team leads and operations staff for daily workload management Participate in training and monitored performance support activities Skills Data entry and data verification skills 10-key proficiency Billing or invoice processing experience (preferred) Experience with utility billing or energy management systems (preferred) Education/Experience High School #J-18808-Ljbffr SGS Consulting
