What you’ll tackle

• Wire and assemble electrical control enclosures for large water systems.
• Read and execute from engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Keep your station aligned with 5S standards.
• Pitch in across production when needed.
• Take on additional tasks from Supervisors/Managers as required.

Must-haves

• High School Diploma
• 3–5+ years of related industry experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Ability to lift 40 pounds; no sensitivity to paint odors
• Overtime availability, including Saturdays
• Proficient English skills

Nice-to-haves

• Background in pneumatics, hydraulics, AC/DC motor control, PLCs, VFDs, pump systems, and Allen-Bradley control platforms
• Industrial water treatment operations experience

ADA Requirements:

Average Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 40 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

• Incumbents may be subjected to moving mechanical parts, electrical currents, vibrations, fumes, odors, dusts, gases, poor ventilation, chemicals, oils, extreme temperatures, inadequate lighting, workspace restrictions, intense noises, and travel.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands and fingers to feel and handle; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear.

• Work in temperatures above 100 degrees and the noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.

• Repetitively bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching; walking on slippery or uneven surfaces and climbing ladders and working off elevated surfaces during shift.

• Compliance with company attendance standard. Work hours may vary during peak production cycles.
