Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact supporting preschool students as a contracted professional in a dynamic school setting near Newbury Park, CA. This opportunity spans multiple school sites, offering variety and the chance to collaborate with dedicated colleagues, including another SLP at your primary location. Engage with a caseload of up to 50 children ages 3-5, providing essential occupational therapy or speech-language pathology services on a full-time schedule.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience in a school-based OT or SLP role, preferably with early childhood or preschool populations
• CA licensure (OT or SLP, as applicable) or eligibility to obtain before the assignment’s start
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt interventions for ages 3-5
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Comfort traveling between multiple school sites
• Ability to begin work promptly and commit through June 17, 2026

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy and support services to preschool students in both individual and small group settings
• Develop, implement, and document appropriate treatment plans and progress
• Collaborate with another onsite SLP, teachers, and other school staff to enhance student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
• Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal requirements for school-based services
• Support the overall well-being and inclusion of students across multiple campuses
