Real Estate Litigation Attorney

Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, P.A., a long-established and highly regarded Winter Park law firm, is seeking an experienced real estate litigation attorney. The ideal candidate will have 1–4 years of experience in real estate litigation. Experience should include all phases of legal disputes including filings, discovery, drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; taking and defending depositions and advocating in state and federal court. The candidate must be conscientious, extremely detail-oriented and have strong organizational, analytical, and drafting skills. Position requires the ability to handle a high volume of work, prioritize appropriately, and work independently with minimal supervision. This is a great opportunity to become an integral member of a dynamic real estate litigation practice. No portable business is required, but a plus. Candidate must be a member of the Florida bar. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Florida Bar required and active admission in good standing Minimum 1 year of civil litigation experience Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills Professional, client-service oriented demeanor Ability to manage multiple litigation matters in a fast-paced environment Why join our team?
