About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to serve as the operating engine of the business, ensuring that the company's operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is pivotal in allowing the CEO to focus on product and growth by taking on the responsibility of the company's operating rhythm, including the OKR process, company and management meetings, and board and investor prep. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, capable of identifying and addressing operational issues before they become significant problems. They will be responsible for cross-functional execution, driving critical initiatives, and maintaining a clear and consistent flow of communication from the office of the CEO. The Chief of Staff will also be the CEO's filter, surfacing important issues and keeping the noise off the CEO's desk. Applicants for the Chief of Staff role at the company should have 6-10+ years' experience in high-trust operating or leadership roles, with a proven track record of installing and managing an operating cadence. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-changing, high-growth environment and have a genuine enthusiasm for an AI-forward, build-first culture. Key attributes include the ability to default to action, own responsibilities without being asked, and move people through respect. The role requires a candidate who is radically transparent, can find the five things that matter quickly, and operates without ego or politics. While not a strategy seat, the Chief of Staff will be expected to have a strong influence based on judgment, credibility, and results, rather than personnel authority.
