Workspace is restricted, and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and reach across counters. Kitchens are hot and noisy, and storage space is limited. Employees must communicate effectively, adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and manage conflicts or difficult situations.
