Senior Manager Financial Reporting

Senior Manager, Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting A large publicly traded organization seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Reporting to join its corporate accounting team. This role will play a key part in external reporting, technical accounting research, and ensuring compliance with SEC and U.S. GAAP requirements within a complex business environment. The position offers significant exposure to senior leadership, strategic transactions, and high-impact accounting initiatives. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and filing of SEC reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K Support the review of consolidated financial statements and external reporting deliverables Research and analyze complex accounting issues and business transactions Prepare technical accounting memoranda supporting accounting conclusions Monitor evolving FASB and SEC guidance and assess impact on the organization Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams on new initiatives and transactions Coordinate with external auditors and advisors on technical accounting matters Participate in special projects and strategic corporate initiatives Support compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal control requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting CPA required 7+ years of progressive accounting experience Combination of public accounting and corporate accounting experience strongly preferred Strong technical accounting and financial reporting background Experience with SEC reporting and U.S. GAAP research Ability to communicate complex accounting matters to various stakeholders Exposure to Oracle or similar systems is a plus If you're looking for an opportunity to influence key accounting decisions and contribute at a strategic level, then apply today. #J-18808-Ljbffr Leeds Professional Resources
