About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Creative Strategy & Production to lead the evolution of its brand and fan engagement. This senior executive will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and organizational vision for creative, content, production, and game presentation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of at least 15 years in a creative, content, production, or entertainment environment, with a strong focus on building and leading high-performing teams. The role demands a leader who can provide executive oversight across all creative and production areas, ensuring the delivery of original, compelling storytelling that resonates with diverse fan communities. The Vice President will also be instrumental in driving content monetization initiatives and cultivating high-value media and commercial opportunities. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Creative Strategy & Production at the company include providing strategic leadership for creative development across digital, broadcast, and live entertainment platforms, and overseeing the planning and execution of all production and game presentation activities. The role requires a leader with a strong understanding of creative and production disciplines, the ability to translate brand strategy into innovative content experiences, and a commitment to operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, and must be prepared to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as travel as needed.
