Montefiore Einstein is seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager -Medical Surgical to join our high-performing Supply Chain team. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide sourcing strategy, partner with clinical leaders, negotiate with key suppliers, and deliver measurable improvements in cost, quality, service, and patient care.

What You’ll Do

\n

\n
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and contracting for medical-surgical categories.
\n
• Develop category strategies using spend, market, and supplier analytics.
\n
• Lead RFP/RFI processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
\n
• Manage medical-surgical distribution and key supplier relationships.
\n
• Partner with clinicians and senior leaders on Value Analysis and standardization.
\n
• Identify and deliver savings and performance improvement opportunities.
\n
• Translate complex Supply Chain data into clear recommendations for leadership.
\n

What You Bring

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Supply Chain, or related field; Master’s preferred.
\n
• 4+ years of healthcare Supply Chain and/or contract management experience.
\n
• Experience with medical-surgical products, distribution, inpatient or ambulatory supplies.
\n
• Healthcare spend management and GPO experience.
\n
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
\n
• Experience with ERP, contract management, inventory systems, and/or GHX/EDI.
\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
\n

Location: 555 South Broadway, Tarrytown, NY

\n

Annual Base Salary Range: $132,000 to $165,000

\n

Work Hours: Mon. to Fri.: 8:30 AM-5 PM (Hybrid)
