Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Corporate Transaction Attorney in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate formations and business transactions, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a flexible work environment.
Duties
- Handle LLC and corporate formations.
- Review contracts and leases.
- Manage private placements.
- Oversee mergers and acquisitions.
- Draft and negotiate employment agreements.
- Work with Management Service Organizations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in corporate law and business transactions.
- Strong company formation experience.
- Experience in medical business law is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
Active membership in the California Bar.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in cloud-based technology.
