Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine)

We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician in Fleming Island, Florida who wants strong earning potential, coastal living, and a predictable weekday schedule.

You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on comprehensive primary care. You’ll manage acute and chronic conditions while building meaningful patient relationships in a retention-driven practice supported by an established care team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $240,000–$260,000
• Quarterly bonus opportunity up to 25%
