Responsibilities Tow vehicles as directed by management Repossess vehicles in accordance with state and federal laws Return vehicles to designated locations Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Minimum of 3 years towing experience 1+ years Recovery/Repossession experience High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record (must be at least 22 years old for insurance purposes) Ability to operate a tow truck and other related equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Life Insurance Medical / Dental Insurance Paid time off Paid training The Pay Range For This Role Is 45,000 - 100,000 USD per year (Bakersfield, CA) #J-18808-Ljbffr Paramount Recovery Service
