Behavioral Health - Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Opportunity

Hospitality Spotlight is working with a client supporting a federal program in hiring an independently Licensed Behavioral Health professional to provide administrative psychological health screenings and case management for military personnel in Colorado.

The Work:

• Conduct behavioral health and biopsychosocial screenings
• Identify appropriate community, military, and local resources
• Provide case management and maintain accurate documentation
• Prepare outreach materials (flyers, brochures, newsletters)
• Deliver briefings to service members, families, and military leadership
• Attend required meetings, trainings, and community events
• Coordinate with regional leads to ensure timely reporting
• Travel to Reserve Centers 12 weekends per month
• Support program goals of resiliency, readiness, and access to care
• On?site/remote schedule: two days at the base and remote work on other days

What You've Done:

• Currently hold an independent clinical license in any U.S. state: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCPC, LICSW, or equivalent
• Earned a Master's degree in a behavioral health field
• 7+ years of experience in behavioral health, assessments, or case management
• U.S. Citizen (required for federal contract work)
• Experience with: Behavioral health assessments, Case management systems and documentation, Microsoft Office Suite and online research, Telephonic/email?based support (EAP experience a plus)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of military culture (preferred)
• Ability to obtain/maintain: BLS/CPR certification within 30 days, NACLC background check (SF?86), Valid driver's license and availability for weekend travel

Compensation: 70k-75k per year
