What Youll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service at a front desk location within a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Greet and assist employees customers vendors and visitors; verify access authorization and direct individuals to the appropriate office or service area.
• Monitor lobby activity access points alarms cameras and other security-related systems; promptly report unusual activity or equipment concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents customer concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner; contact appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when required.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs access records incident reports and other required documentation while protecting confidential information.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
