What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to drivers visitors and personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures access-control requirements and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Screen employees visitors contractors and deliveries entering the distribution location in accordance with applicable site policies and procedures.
• Inspect packages parcels and other items as directed documenting and reporting prohibited damaged or suspicious items to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner notifying appropriate personnel and completing required reports.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas entry points loading areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess supervisory experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Possess customer service experience preferred.
• Possess X-Ray screening experience preferred.
• Possess alarm panel experience preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
