We're looking for an experienced Listing Agent to join our team in Spartanburg. This is an opportunity to specialize in new construction homes, working closely with builders to market and sell newly built homes from listing through closing. Be the face of our new construction homes and or communities on social media by consistently creating engaging content, including videos, photos, reels, stories, and behind-the-scenes updates. Bring fresh, creative marketing ideas and stay up to date on social media trends to help increase visibility, generate buyer interest, and grow our online presence. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience required. Previous listing experience is required. New construction sales experience is strongly preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable using MLS, Dotloop, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Professional, self-motivated, and team-oriented. Available to work evenings and weekends. Host weekly open houses and maintain a regular presence at our model homes during the week and on weekends.
