Behavioral Health Registered Nurse

This position is responsible for providing nursing care to patients in a behavioral health setting. The role involves working with both geriatric and adult patient populations. The nurse will assist in de-escalating potentially volatile situations. Responsible for patient assessments and formulating care plans. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes is essential. Strong communication skills are required for effective interaction with patients, families, and team members. Flexibility to work every other weekend is necessary. Candidate will work in a unit with a patient ratio of 1:10. Experience with electronic health records is preferred.

Minimum of 1 year experience required. Active RN license. Certifications: ADN, BLS, current CPI, NVCI or HWC. Must-have: Strong de-escalation skills.

Weekly Pay: $1611 - $1696
