The teacher will be responsible for creating a positive classroom environment, delivering engaging instruction, and supporting the academic and social-emotional growth of middle school students. Responsibilities Plan and deliver standards-aligned lessons appropriate for middle school students. Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student learning needs. Maintain effective classroom management and a safe, respectful learning environment. Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and families. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to promote student success. Support students' academic, social, and emotional development. Participate in professional development and contribute to school initiatives. Requirements/Qualifications Valid Ohio Teaching License appropriate for the middle school grade level or subject area. Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required; Master’s preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills. Experience working with middle school students preferred. Commitment to continuous improvement and student-centered learning.
