Gpac just partnered with a rapidly growing Manufacturing company that is seeking a Plant Manager. Current PM is being promoted. This position is in your backyard.

Provide daily leadership for manufacturing operations across three facilities and multiple shifts.

Partner with the quality department to reduce scrap, rework, and customer quality concerns and support effective corrective and preventive actions.

Collaborate with engineering, estimating, purchasing, quality, scheduling, maintenance, human resources, safety, and customer service to support operational objectives.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, manufacturing management, business, or a related field preferred.

7+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience in custom fabrication, welding, machining, or heavy manufacturing strongly preferred.

Experience leading multi-shift operations.

Working knowledge of ERP systems, production scheduling, labor reporting, and manufacturing Epicor experience preferred.

Experience implementing lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives preferred.
