2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor Location: Franklin, WI 53132 Pay Range: Up to $90,000 + 10% target bonus What's the Job? Supervise maintenance employees on assigned shifts to ensure effective delivery of maintenance services. Collaborate with the Plant Engineer and Maintenance Manager to enhance employee safety and production quality. Utilize mechanical and electrical expertise to maintain production systems and utilities. Implement corrective actions based on key maintenance performance indicators. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations in maintenance operations. What's Needed? Proven supervisory experience in a maintenance role. Working knowledge of boilers, refrigeration, PLC, cooling towers, and ammonia compressors. Experience with electronics, instrumentation, and electrical systems troubleshooting. Ability to manage and develop maintenance personnel effectively. Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems. What's in it for me?
