Job Summary and Responsibilities

As an OB/GYN Physician with Mercy Medical Group, you will join a thriving multi-specialty group in the Sacramento, CA area, directly impacting women's health through a balanced 50/50 mix of obstetrics and gynecology. You'll be primarily based at Mercy San Juan Medical Center, a facility featuring a Level 3 NICU, ensuring comprehensive care for your patients. You will provide exceptional patient care, managing both obstetric and gynecological cases, collaborating closely with a team of experienced physicians offering continuity of care to your patients.

• Incoming physician would be based out of Mercy San Juan Medical Center in Carmichael, CA

• Level lll NICU at Mercy San Juan Medical Center

• 50/50 mix of Obstetrics and Gynecology

• Experience/interest in high-risk OB is preferred

• Robotics available, though not required

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong commitment to patient well-being and a comprehensive understanding of both obstetrics and gynecology. Ideal candidates will be board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN Physicians with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a collaborative team environment.

• We are offering the following incentives to eligible new hires:

• Shareholder track, competitive compensation with bonus potential, desirable benefits

• Option for additional income with hospitalist and back-up shifts at regional hospitals

• Compensation Range: $370,000 - $390,000 / Year with opportunities for additional call pay

Job Requirements

Required:

• MD or DO degree

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in OB/Gyn (ABMS or AOA)

• Active or eligible California medical license in the state of California.

• DEA certification

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment

MMG is a large multi-specialty medical group of 500+ providers comprised of primary care physicians, specialists in more than 30 medical and surgical specialties, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners. These professionals provide seamless primary and specialty care, working together to meet the unique needs of each individual patient.
