Rural Alliance for Dignity Full Time Shelter

The main purpose of the Shelter Housing supporter is to serve as a case manager for the shelter guests, connecting them with local community resources to fill both their immediate and future needs. The Shelter Housing supporter also supports daily functions of the shelter by coordinating volunteers, serving guests, and managing general operations. It is important that Shelter Housing supporter are compassionate and comfortable serving with diverse populations. They should also be excellent problem solvers and handle pressure well.
