The job description outlines various requirements related to professional credentials, personal health history, and testing, which need to be completed for onboarding. These include: 1. License/Certificate Verification. 2. Health screenings and vaccinations, including a Fit Test, 10 Panel Drug Screen, COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, and a 2 Step PPD OR IGRA test. 3. Professional forms, such as the Trinity Code of Conduct Form, I9 Form, confidentiality agreements, integrity and audit services form, and non-employee upload form. 4. Competency and skills testing specific to the specialty. 5. Background checks, including criminal background and education verification. 6. Joint Commission Testing and other professional access forms. 7. Training requirements, including Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training. For submission, only the Trinity Profile needs to be completed. Most requirements, although not needed for submission, are mandatory for onboarding. The Influenza Vaccine is optional for onboarding, and the position is listed as open.
