Your Responsibilities

• Provide skilled four-handed chairside assistance.
• Assist with restorative procedures, crowns, endodontics, and general dentistry.
• Anticipate the doctor's needs and maintain efficient clinical workflows.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials.
• Obtain high-quality dental radiographs.
• Maintain sterilization and infection-control standards.
• Ensure efficient room turnover and clinical readiness.
• Educate patients and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Support teammates and contribute to a productive clinical environment.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Texas RDA registration.
• Strong chairside assisting and clinical skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Dependability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.

Preferred:

• 5+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience.
• Coronal Polishing Certification.
• Nitrous Oxide Monitoring Certification.
• Experience with Open Dental.
• Extensive restorative, crown, and endodontic assisting experience.
