In this role, you'll work closely with business leaders, advisors, trust officers, and technology teams to drive strategic initiatives that enhance client experiences, optimize operations, and modernize critical financial platforms.


You'll play a key role in connecting business needs with technology solutions, influencing decision-making, and leading enterprise-wide transformation efforts across wealth management and banking operations.


What You'll Do


As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:

• Partner with executives, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify business challenges and opportunities.
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, validation, and implementation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, process review sessions, and requirements meetings.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, process flows, and data mappings.
• Analyze existing workflows and recommend innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency and client outcomes.
• Collaborate with technology and development teams to ensure successful delivery of business solutions.
• Support system implementations, platform upgrades, integrations, data migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, execution support, and defect tracking.
• Assess impacts of proposed business and technology changes across trust administration, wealth management, private banking, and investment operations.
• Ensure regulatory, compliance, and fiduciary considerations are incorporated into business processes and solution designs.
• Develop project documentation, status reports, executive presentations, and stakeholder communications.
• Contribute to change management and user adoption efforts to ensure successful implementation outcomes.

What We're Looking For


Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience within financial services organizations.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Trust, Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Management environments.
• Strong understanding of:
• Trust and fiduciary services
• Wealth management operations
• Portfolio management
• Investment servicing
• Client onboarding processes
• Proven experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements for technology initiatives.
• Expertise in business process analysis, workflow design, and requirements management methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting UAT, implementation, and post-deployment activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience facilitating executive-level workshops and strategy sessions.
• Strong organizational change management and business readiness experience.
• Prior experience mentoring junior Business Analysts.
• Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Experience working in consulting, client-facing, or professional services environments.
