A healthcare facility in Brooklyn is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join the team. Requirements HR experience in a nursing home HR degree or formal training (preferred) Strong communication, organization & problem‑solving skills Key Responsibilities Create and manage nursing staff schedules Handle payroll coordination & timecards Oversee employee benefits coordination Manage front desk operations Ensure compliance with hiring/onboarding regulations Lead recruitment (screening, interviews, hiring) Support HR functions (discipline, terminations, etc.) Attend management meetings & assist as needed About the Facility A well‑established rehab & skilled nursing center focused on quality care, resident dignity, and a supportive team environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Skilled Healthcare of Brooklyn
