Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Human Resource Manager with 6–10+ years of experience to lead and scale HR operations, hiring systems, and employee success initiatives across internal and client teams. This role will serve as a key partner in shaping people practices, improving performance, and building a strong organizational culture. The ideal candidate is both a systems thinker and a people champion, with a track record of leading HR strategy in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.
